Banish the monotony out of your kitchen: The course is based on the fact to prepare the same product as meat, fish, vegetables or salads in different ways, and above all without complications and quickly. At least once during the course we´ll cook on the barbecue. The course is realized by the owner of the Residence, Mr. Manuel Cardona; he knows very well the canarian, the spanish and the international cuisine. Mindestensdede diferentes maneras.
Minimum participants: 6 persons, minimum stay: 1 week, course duration: 5 days.

Timetable:
In the morning from 09:30 to 11:00 We´ll go shopping to the market, choose and buy the products we´ll prepare this day.
Late afternoon from 18:00 to 19:30 The different dishes will be prepared by all participants together.
Dinner: After finishing the ellaboration, we´ll have dinner together, we´ll eat the dishes we prepared. At the same time we´ll talk about possible questions, doubts and the next day´s programme.
The timetable is thought in the way that you´ll have most of the day free time.

Price: Participation 65 € per person plus the amount of the daily bought products devided between the number of participants. According to our experience, it will make about 85 € per course in case of 6 participants. The drinks are not included and will be charged according to consumption.

Minimum participants: 6 persons, minimum stay: 1 week, course duration: 5 days. Timetable: Late afternoon from 17:00 to 18:30 As well this timetable is thought in the way that you´ll have most of the day free time.

Price: Participation 90 € per person.

Our personal opinion ! The owner of the Residence, Mr. Manuel Cardona, who has participated in a course with our specialist and is recommending it for everybody. It´s a course specially selected by the Ministry of Health and psychiatrists that does not have any relation with strange, spiritual machinations.
