About 20 years ago, the canarian Manuel Cardona started dreaming of a holiday oasis that would refresh spirit and soul. In that times individual holidays with soul were kind of rare. It seemed to be an audacious idea to create an inspired place of quietness and contemplation, an incomparable powerful place where people with high responsibility could relax their souls.

The following years he was living this vision. Then he created it with his own hands. He made Cho Manuel Residence become reality out of a world of ideas. His entire life, his imagination, his dreams and ideas are present in this place. He designed each of the seven different homes on the large plot. The homes are knowingly constructed in the way, that as well spirit and soul will find shelter.
Mr. Cardona personally knows every guest and loves to be helpful with his private tips of favourite places and good food.
